Each participating system will be invited to four national events during their 12 month programme, where they will be provided with an opportunity to hear from 'experts' speakers, participate in practical sessions as well as network and share best practice with the other organisations that form part of their cohort. Each participating organisation has 8 places available at each of the national events.
There are also a number of master classes and workshops that form part of the programme. Each of these smaller events will cover a specialist area of the system and attendees will be joined by a number of guest speakers who will lead these interactive training sessions. Each participating organisation as 4 places at each of these workshops.
We also offer a local Experience Based Design (EBD) workshop, to be arranged with your dedicated site support lead.
