Measurement for Improvement Workshop
This is a practical workshop for project leads and their analysts, covering measurement for improvement. The workshop looks at what process/activity measures will be helpful in a Surgical AEC environment and what outcome/impact measures will be beneficial.
Good measurement doesn't just happen, it requires a well defined process, so the day is structured around the seven step model for measurement for improvement.
