Site Posters
At the end of each 'active phase' of the programme the organisations involved with that particular cohort are given the opportunity to produce a poster of the work they have undertaken during the programme. The posters include where the organisation started from, what issues or contraints they had to face and overcome, the changes and improvements they have made and their next steps. These pages include those posters produced to date.
