Our new Virtual Wards programme offer, is focused on working with teams to design and set up effective and efficient virtual wards outside of the acute hospital setting. Improvement Networks @ NHS Elect has worked with over 200 clinical teams to support the adoption and spread of same day emergency care. This has included working with colleagues to review systems, identify areas for improvement and create pathways to support patients outside of hospital, meaning we are well-placed to support trusts and clinical teams to successfully establish, implement and maintain virtual wards.
This is a rolling programme offer so trusts are able to join at any time of year, whenever best suits you and your improvement programme. Further information can be found in the programme flyer below or you can get in touch at aec@nhselect.org.uk
